The laurels of regeneration 2025
The Laurels of Regeneration program aims to highlight pioneering initiatives in regenerative practices. Specifically, it involves a competition followed by an event bringing together companies or organizations that have launched products and services that actively contribute to the regeneration of nature and human life while also being economically viable.
- Goal: To encourage a transformation of business models through commercial offers that contribute to national sovereignty in these times of uncertainty and to the collective well-being of human and non-human life.
- Areas of Recognition: The winners are divided by sector of activity in order to illustrate how other companies in the same sector could integrate regenerative practices into their innovation processes.
- Terms and Conditions: Interested organizations submit an application (free of charge), which will then be evaluated by a panel of recognized experts. Eligibility criteria include the concrete implementation of regenerative practices, measurable contributions to nature and humans, and transparency through third-party certifications.
Our belief is that businesses with a financial vocation are shifting from one economic model to another in terms of their commercial offerings. Thus, transforming your business model requires abandoning harmful projects and launching products and services that contribute to life.
In this new economy, businesses bring together all of their stakeholders to deliver socio-ecosystem services across a territory : climate, water, soil, biodiversity, nutrition, health, fair pay, education, etc. These services provided by humans in connection with nature aim to enable living beings (including humans) to reach their full potential in their ecosystem. We have standardized them CSRD.
Regenerative design allows for the integration of environmental and social issues, alongside economic ones. What’s new about regenerative design is the search for contributory impacts beyond net-zero impacts, the ability to leverage these contributory impacts, and increased collaboration between stakeholders in the supply chain at the local level.
This is why we invite pioneering organizations in the regeneration of living organisms to submit an application, which will be submitted to the jury below to select the regenerative products and services most likely to inspire other organizations in several sectors of activity. How to aim for regeneration beyond net zero negative impacts?
In this new economic logic, the company, led by a coalition of stakeholders with a regenerative aim, delivers socio-ecosystem services to a territory : climate, water, soil, biodiversity, nutrition, fair remuneration, education, etc.
These services provided by humans to nature aim to restore vital resources to enable living beings (including humans) to reach their full potential within their ecosystem. This is our definition of regeneration.
This contributory objective challenges current eco-design processes, which aim at best for net zero negative impacts. Aiming for a contribution to life therefore requires a new regenerative design approach that is triggered via regenerative practices once an irreducible threshold of negative impact reduction is reached with specific practices in each sector (see diagram).
The CSRD, which encourages the measurement of its impacts on living things, and the Green Claims Directive, which reshapes environmental labels, make it possible to promote regenerative practices and their contributions to end users. HERE.

Examples of products/services that aim for regeneration, some of which achieve this:
- Brands that have launched regenerative products or services in France HERE . With the 2024 Regeneration Awards 30 winners
